Tailwind 4 dropped the pointer cursor on buttons
Tailwind 3's preflight gave buttons cursor: pointer. Tailwind 4 follows the browser default instead.

After upgrading to Tailwind 4 every button showed the arrow cursor. The new preflight leaves buttons at the browser default, which is cursor: default.
One base rule brings the old behaviour back:
button:not(:disabled),
[role="button"]:not(:disabled) {
cursor: pointer;
}The other upgrade gotcha: borders now default to currentColor instead of gray, so every border needs an explicit colour.
